Windows 10: Can't update Windows 10 - 0x80004005

Hello guys. So at first before upgrade my hdd into ssd i can update Windows normally with Windows Update now i'm at Windows 10 v1909. But since i upgraded it, i cant update Windows and it shows error 0x80004005.


I tried using Windows 10 Update Assistant and Media Creation Tool but still error.


I already do this troubleshooting step and it does nothing.


I don't know if it is because of my ssd or something else so i'll provide log from my laptop .
