Windows 10: Cant update Windows 10 because I need to delete virtual box even though i dont have it

I am trying to update Windows 10 but the updater is not letting me update and is telling me I need to install virtual box. The problem is that I don't have virtual box.

Can someone help me, I'm having a problem in the virtual box in my windows 10 HP laptop it said it's a "failure to open a session for the virtual machine Windows 10 VM" in Windows 10. Can you tell me what to do, step

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and when i try to install the operative system into the Virtual Box (xp) it gets a blue screen, i understand that maybe xp is not supported in W 10, im talking about oracle virtual box, however i have try making an iso
disk and it just dont let me, is there anyway i can get and iso with W 10 operative system in it?. The virtual Box install ok. ty on advance any idea would help.

Seems to be a bit of confusion here, some steps you take relate to outright installation (i.e. host machine), others towards installation on a virtual device.

You need ...
An Windows OS already installed on a computer (will be know as the host)
Then install virtual software (e.g. Virtual Box - freeware)
Run VB, then install the virtual Win 10 OS in the virtual box program. You can use the ISO
