Windows 10: Can't update Windows, getting Error code 0x80240fff

Please I need help updating my Windows 10. I keep seeing error code 0x80240fffwhenever i click 'check for updates' as the thing no longer search for updates automatically. Please how can i resolve the issue?

Since 26 may 2016 many people have this code error 0x80240fff when they recheach updates.

It happens to new computers with fresh Windows 10 version Build 10240.

Some have a Fix with "defer upgrade" option, but she's not in Home version.

Hi Tiribos and welcome to Tenforums.
If I understand you correctly, you have 10240 on your "W10 Home" system, and the error happens when trying to update to the November 1511 release, correct?

Use the ISO's to do an In-place upgrade.

Media creation Tool is now updated with Version 1511, OS Build 10586 of Windows 10.

The size of the update through Windows update and ISO are nearly the same.
