Windows 10: Can't Update Windows, nor reset pc

Performed the following:1. Type "cmd" in windows search bar2. Right click on "Command Prompt"3. Select "Run as Administrator"4. Type "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth" without quote and press ENTER5. Type "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth" without quote and press ENTER6. Type "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" without quote and press ENTERRecieved ERROR: 0x800f081fthe source files could not be found- can anyone help with this?

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

Unable to reset the pc

Hello,

If you are having that message while trying to reset your computer, We suggest you to create an installation media for Windows 10 using Media
Creation Tool and perform a Reset.

Once the installation media is created, follow the steps below:

• Insert the installation media you created, and then restart your PC.
• On the Install Windows screen, select Repair your computer.
• On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot. From there, you can use Safe Mode. Select
  Advanced Options >Reset This PC>Remove everything.
• After the reset is complete, check for status.
