Windows 10: Can't upgrade from 1803 to 1903

    Can't upgrade from 1803 to 1903


    Have tried multiple times and lots of different things, including:

    • Upgrade Assistant
    • Media Creation Tool
    • The Troubleshooting Update repair thing
    • sfc /scannow
    • chkdsk
    • Clean Boot
    • Unplug all unneccessary peripherals


    Still failing at the install around 95% no matter what I do.

    I've linked setupact.log and setuperr.log (zipped) if that helps?

    Upgrade to 1903

    You can upgrade to V1903 via ISO file.

    Win 10 1803 to 1903 update

    My Desktop computer running Win 10 updated from version 1803 to 1903 a while back, but my Desktop running Win 10 version 1803

    I'm assuming the update 1803 to 1903 has now resumed after the earlier problems caused a suspension?

    Any thoughts, suggestions?
