Windows 10: Can't upgrade to latest build - error: 0x80070050

I just installed the Windows 10 TP and wanted to upgrade to the latest build to get all of the new features, but whenever I try to upgrade this error is thrown at me, and I can't find anything about it online.

Windows 10, version 1670 error

I am trying to update the windows 10 to version 1670 from windows update settings, but when the installation is finished this message appears.

Hello,

I believe there's an issue with my Lumia 640XL (one SIM), because apparently I can't upgrade from core build 6230.54. There's no error message, just says my phone is updated, last check xx.

What's the latest build, for insiders?

 

What build are you trying to upgrade to? Build 9926 is the last one anything higher is for M$ employees only.

I have no idea, I just clicked search for build, downloaded it and i'm trying to install it. There is no information on what build number it actually is.

 

The build number you're using is on the water mark on the desktop image on your pc.

 

My computer just restarted and I believe it's installing the update now. I'm at the "setting up" screen currently and hopefully everything turns out okay
I'll let you know of the results.

Everything is working fine now, am in Build 9926 now. Thanks for the help. I dunno how to mark this as solved, so can someone do that for me?

 

If you are using the default modern skin just click on the green "Mark As Solved Button" above your 1st post (Shown below)

Also the "Mark As Solved Button" is only visible in threads that are created by you.
