Windows 10: Can't upgrade to

Hi,


I am currently running Win 10 Pro 1709.

Windows update couldn't install 1803 upgrade due to 0x80240034 (the update failed several times)

I went ahead and downloaded windows 10 update assistant.


The assistant offered me to upgrade straight to 1903. I accepted it started to download and install. Then I was asked to reboot.

After I reboot, the process continued in a pre-windows environment. A few seconds after it reaches 28%, it reboots itself and then says "reverting changes". I have spent many hours to do it a few times but it keeps rebooting at 28%.
