Windows 10: Can't Upgrade windows due to missing files 0x80070570.

Hi, I am trying to upgrade my windows from 19041 to the latest version. Every time I try to I keep getting this error code 0x80070570. I tried resetting my windows and that did not work, claiming that I had missing files and when I tried to reinstall windows it said it failed and when I tried to manually update windows it says it failed by giving this error code 0x80070570. I tried every guide and multiple programs through cmd and nothing worked. any help at all would be great!

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
