Windows 10: can't use my computer

Downloaded free windows10, somehow the password for windows got corrupted and I can't log on. I am presently using my old lap top with windows 7. The logon has shut me out and suggest that I go to (account.live.com),which I can't do because I am locked out. I know this is really stupid but I'm stuck.

I can't use my computer as administrator

When I first loaded Windows 10, I created an account name and password that I am using now. Strangely, the problem of recognizing my account as a guest account started occurring after I renamed my (at the time still admin) account. I renamed the account
by typing in "netplwiz" into search bar in the Start menu and then used the "User Accounts" menu to manually change my username and full name. After that, the operational system started lagging so I had to restart the computer.

Also, I tried running the computer in Safe Mode, but still wasn't able to log on as administrator. Could I ask you to give me detailed instructions of how to do the latter?

I have a problem regarding the use of Windows 10 Home on my computer HP ProBook 450 G4 (Z3A10ES#BED). To describe it shortly, the problem is that my account is the only one I created on this computer, and the system recognizes me as a guest user. On this
forum, I have already found some ways of resolving this issue of changing the guest account into administrator account (Windows 10: Won't recognize me as administrator.).
However, the problem arises whenever I try any of the described ways (for instance, right-clicking on the Command Prompt and select "run as administrator" etc.), because whenever I try performing any of the actions that are "reserved" only for the administrators,
the system doesn't leave me with an option to click "yes" in order to sign is as administrator, I can only press "no".

Please find below a photo of the aforementioned menu. The same menu is shown whenever I try to change other settings in the control panel or anywhere else. Interestingly, I couldn't make a screenshot of this particular menu (otherwise, screenshots work normally?),
so I had to take a picture of it with my phone.

You might see if you may be able to use OPTION THREE in the tutorial below to reset your Microsoft account password online at Microsoft. You don't need to sign in to do so. It'll send a reset code email to your MS account's email address.
