Windows 10: Can't use text from the clipboard history

Problem: Images will go into the clipboard history, but text fields display blank and paste nothing. This problem has existed for several months.Error message: NoneSystem info: Edition Windows 10 Enterprise Version 21H2 Installed on ‎6/‎7/‎2022 OS build 19044.4046 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19053.1000.0 Tried:Turned off Clipboard HistoryTurned Clipboard History back on making sure the history was clear.Other note: When I first turned Clipboard History on, it worked normally. Hi,

Windows Systems do not save the clipboard history. There is only one item stored in the clipboard. If you copy something new the previous clipboard contents is overwritten and lost forever. To get the full microsoft clipboard history you need to use third-party
utilities.

We recommend Clipdiary clipboard manager. It remembers everything you copy: plain text and text with formatting (rtf), html, pictures and files.

Why do you need clipboard manager? What can you do with the microsoft clipboard history?

-Quickly copy data back to the clipboard.

-Paste any clip from the history directly to the selected application.

-Search for the necessary clip by its contents.

-Find out what program the data was copied from.

-Delete clips.

Unable to turn on clipboard history.

Hello,

It sounds like Clipboard History may have been disable by policy using either option 4 or 5 below. If so, enabling it again should allow you to turn on Clipboard History afterwards.

Clipboard history not being displayed.

Hello all!

Currently experiencing an issue with the clipboard, in which the clipboard history is showing as empty when using the Win + V key-bind.

Here is a list of everything I have tried in order to fix this:

Switching the clipboard history on and off

Clearing clipboard history

Restarted File Explorer from Task Manager

Restarting clipboard service in services.msc
Creating new DWORD value in regedit

Enabled 'Allow Clipboard History' in GPedit

So far, nothing has shown any signs of working and I cannot find anything else online which might help with this.

For context, copy and paste still functions normally, the only problem is, at the moment, there is absolutely no way to view the clipboard history.
