Can't use Windows Security and Windows Update

Hi, so the Windows Defender icon has always been in my system tray, but this week it just stopped appearing there. I didn't initially care but today I just found out these issues:

I wanted to run a scan but it's just getting stuck at 0 files scanned, eta: 0 (https://prnt.sc/v62ejz)

I tried updating Security Intelligence, but it's not working as well. Also, "version created on" and "last update" are both "not available" (https://prnt.sc/v62ebb)

I checked Virus & Threat Protection Settings, and somehow, everything's turned off and can't turned on (https://prnt.sc/v62gmx)

The Windows Security main page is almost blank (https://prnt.sc/v62dya)

I also tried Windows Update but it only says "Checking for updates.." for a while before giving this error (https://prnt.sc/v62did)

I tried searching online but couldn't find anyone else getting these same issues especially now that it's just pretty recent. I'm worried that I might have actually gotten virus on my PC or something.

I'd appreciate any help. Thanks! Can't use Windows Security and Windows Update :)

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.
