Windows 10: Capability Access Manager

I've been having an issue with the Capability Access Manager whenever I record audio with Bluestacks. I've tried reading into this problem online, but I haven't been able to find a solution. I would appreciate it if anyone could help me with this.

Capability Access Manager preventing sleep

In order to get clarity on this issue and assist you with appropriate troubleshooting steps, please reply with the answers to the questions below.

1. Are you aware of any changes made to this computer prior to the issue?
   
2. How did you come to know that Capability Access Manager Service is causing the Sleep Mode issue?
   

The powercfg /requests command will enumerate application and driver Power Requests. Power Requests prevent the computer from automatically powering off the display or entering a low-power sleep mode.

The work of the Capability Access Manager Service is to provide facilities for managing Universal Windows Platform apps access to app capabilities as well as checking an app's access to specific app capabilities and this service may not be related
to the sleep issue.

Meanwhile, try the below methods and check if this helps.

Method 1:
Power Troubleshooter.

I suggest you to run the Power Troubleshooter by going to
Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Run the
Power Troubleshooter.

Method 2:
Checking The Status Of The Capability Access Manager Service.

You may want to go to Services and check the status of the
Capability Access Manager Service. If this service is in Starting or Stopping state, then please
restart the computer once and check the status again.

Method 3:
Deleting The Power Plans.

You can also delete all the existing power plans and create a new power plan and check if you are facing the same issue.

Method 4:
Manually Putting The Computer In Sleep Mode.

You can manually put the computer in Sleep Mode by click on the
Power Button and check if you are able to do this. For more information, you may refer
Shut down, sleep, or hibernate your PC.

If you know that Capability Access Manager Service is causing the Sleep issue, then you can follow the below steps and re-register this service.

Note: To do this, you need a working Windows 10 computer and a
USB because we will copy the working Capability Access Manager Service from the working Windows 10 computer to your computer.

Important Note: This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully.
For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. For more information about how to back up and restore the registry, please refer this link:

• On your computer, click on the Start Menu > Search for
  Services.msc > Hit Enter.
• Then, search for Capability Access Manager Service >
  Double-click on the service > Click on Stop > Select
  Disabled from the drop-down list of Startup type > Click on
  Apply > OK.
• Now, close Services and click on the Start Menu > Search for
  Regedit > Hit Enter.
• On the left pane of Registry Editor, go to the following location.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ camsvc

• Right-click on camsvc and click on
  Delete. If it is not getting deleted, then right-click on
  camsvc > Click on Permissions > Click on
  Add > Type eve under Enter the object names to select and click on
  OK.
• Then, select Everyone under Group or user names >
  Check box the option Full Control after selecting
  Everyone > Click on Apply > OK.
• Then, right-click on camsvc service and
  Delete it.
• Once you delete the service, restart the computer once and login to another working computer.
• On the other working computer, follow Step 3 to open
  Registry Editor and go to the same Registry location.
• Then, right-click on camsvc service > Click on
  Export > Then, choose your USB as the location and save this service onto your USB.
• Safely unplug the USB and plug it to your actual computer and
  copy/paste that registry onto the desktop.
• Double-click on the exported registry and install it by accepting the prompts.
• Once the service is installed, restart the computer once and check for the sleep issue.

Is it technically possible for an app to access phone capabilities even if they aren't listed in "App requires"?

For example, I have a password manager app that doesn't list the "data services" capability on the "App requires" list.

Would it still be theoretically possible for the app to access the internet and get my passwords?
