Windows 10: CD-ROM Games

I'm trying to run a CD-ROM game that's compatible for Windows 3.1 and 95. I know that there's a way to run other Windows version, but I'm not sure how to do it for CD games. I tried following directions from another post, but there's no compatiblity tab when I click 'Properties,' as well as no working results from searching the internet. Is there a way to do this?

There is a possibility that the game you are playing requires the physical disc inserted on the CD-ROM for authentication purposes. We suggest that you get in touch with the game developer for another option on how to play the game without inserting the
CD-ROM.

DVD/CD Drive Saying CD-Rom

My Dvd drive is listed in my device manager however it is set as cd rom in the description, it also wont open and is not set as my default drive, any suggestions?

windows 10 if that changes anything
