Windows 10: Certain keys from my keyboard work sometimes

My problem began with the spacebar, enter key and backspace, they just stopped working, they even wouldn't turn on the backlight on my keyboard, then I just tried what someone said in another post, to hold them about a few seconds and suddenly they began to work again.

Some time later the problem appeared again but it affected more keys, right now I can´t use my F5 key, F12 key, right arrow key, however I got the spacebar, enter key and backspace work the same way (holding them for a few seconds).

Any help about what is going on? I was going to give up and send it for repair, but as I said, I just got some keys to work again, so I feel there's some hope for my keyboard

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

  Press “Windows key + R” to get the run window.

  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.
  

Also suggest you to install any pending Windows updates on the pc to check if that helps.
Updates are additions to software that can help prevent or fix problems, improve how your computer works, or enhance your computing experience.

Further, you may also boot the computer in a clean boot state and check if the issue persists. When you start Microsoft Windows, typically there are several programs that start automatically and run in the background that may interfere with the system.
These programs may include antivirus and system utility programs. When you perform a clean startup procedure, you prevent these programs from starting automatically.

Keyboard Volume Keys not working while in-game

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...
