Windows 10: Certain things in taskbar among other things don't work.

This happened after the new windows update on 4/14/21. Everything was working fine until then. I got the computer at the end of 2019. After the new update there are a number of bugs but the ones that really prevent me are the fact that pressing f4 does not open screen mirroring options. Also on the taskbar there are a number of icons that don't open anything anymore. They appear on the taskbar but when I click on them nothing happens. The ones that don't respond are the notifications, date and time, battery, volume and wi-fi. These really burden my everyday work as a college student. I really

Certain Taskbar/Tray Things Not Working

Lately, I have been having issues with my taskbar. Certain actions that used to work no longer work. These actions include: Right clicking on a taskbar icon, left clicking on the volume icon, left clicking on network icon, clicking on notification center
icon, and clicking on the clock. My guess is that some system file is corrupted or bugged with the update, but I don't know which file it is.

Nice, no answers what so ever... still can`t open new notifications, still right-click don`t work on taskbar... and still no answer as to why

 

Can't click on certain things in taskbar

I'm not really sure what the case is, but I can't click on certain things on my taskbar. I can't open up Start, so I can't use DISM. I can right-click on the Start icon, but I can't open up any of the options in the Start menu, like settings. The same problem
goes for the Wifi control on my taskbar, I can't click on the Wifi icon to change my Wifi, and when I right-click, I can't open up any of the options that show up. I can't open Cortana, or adjust my volume (I have to use my keyboard), etc. However, it's the
opposite with File Explorer, Chrome, File Explorer, and other programs on my taskbar - I can't right click the program, but I can open it up and close it.
