Windows 10: Chain email printing issue

I just set up windows 10 email app- I am coming from gmail. I love it. It’s clean and simple and I can customize it... but I have run into a protege printing. I have a chain email of 4 messages and I want to print the third email.. I can’t. I can print the first email only. I have googled it and I’m not really finding any help... anyone have advice

I set up outlook but it’s so complex and tons of extras I don’t need... I don’t want to use it. But I can print this chain in outlook but I like windows 10 and want to see if this issue can be solved.

Note - I’m not super tech smart but I can navigate pretty well.

printing attachments in emails

  Are you getting any error messages while trying to print the emails?
  
• 
  What happens exactly when you try to print an email?
  
• 
  Are you able to print any other document?
  
• 
  How are you accessing emails, through web browser or mail app?
  

I would suggest you to try printing the emails from a different browser.

If the issue still persist, try the troubleshooting steps in the below article and check if it helps.

• Did you get any error message when it failed to print?
• Are you trying to print using outlook.com or the mail app?
• Have you tried printing pages from any website?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Please try resetting the print style first and then check if the issue persists. To do this, please follow:

1. Open an email message, click File > Print.

2. Click Print Options.

3. Highlight the print style you used to print emails and click Define Styles button.

4. Click Reset button.

5. Close the email window and open it again. Try printing to see if the issue persists.

Unable to print my emails

  Are you trying to print from the browser or the mail app?

  Is the issue specific to printing emails?
  
• 
  Are you able to print documents and other email account without any issues?
  
• 
  Have you updated all the drivers including display drivers after upgrading to Windows 10?
  

If not, I would suggest you to visit the manufacture website and download and install all the drivers and then try to print again.
