Windows 10: Change taskbar color to white in Windows 10

Before upgrading to Windows 10 (I had 8.1), my taskbar was a transparent white. When I upgraded, it was the default black color. For some reason, even if I change the color in Personalize, it stays gray. I want it to be white. How can I fix this?

How do you change Windows 10 1703 taskbar icons color from white to another?

I have Windows 10 1703 on a Surface Pro 4 and there's certain wallpaper I have that have a white background. Naturally, the default taskbar icons disappear because icon color is white. Is there a way to change color to black?

I've recently upgraded system to Windows 10 and I've found one problem: The possible colors of taskbar are in majority quite dark and text in taskbar is black (so it's difficult to read it). I've tried changing of desktop background and taskbar colors but
the text remains black.

In my second computer with Win 10 the text is white but I also haven't found out how to change it.

Is there any option to manually or automatically change color of text in task bar?
