    Or you can go to the virtual agent available ay the same link and try to squeeze the number out of it.......I would have directly tried to get it but the number is different for each country......

    What you should sonia ask the virtual agent questions till it displays a box saying "Did this solve your problem"... Click no.......It will ask you to select some categories .......Then you will get a call or call me back option....

    That was the place I did search for help, well, the Danish version of it, and I did find a "online chat", except it was not online saturday morning. I can't find any phonenumber to help activate like in the good old Windows 7 days.

    Bingo, the first link you write works (I have just tried to phone, and now it is a ladys voice, guiding you through the activation. If I only had known this number saturday morning, I would still have my RETAIL license.
    The 2. link I think is only for Volume Licenses, and not for us in the private.

    But the first link works. Thank you very much *Thumbs
