Windows 10: Changing computers

My wife bought a new Dell laptop two years ago, from the Microsoft Store in San Francisco. She has had a lot of problems with it. Most recently, it just does not respond to the Power button. She can't turn it on!

She now wants to just trash it and buy a new computer. I think the techs at MS--or at Best Buy--can transfer her documents, pics, videos and music from the Dell to her new pc. But we wonder if it will be necessary to purchase Word again or if the license can be transferred from the discarded computer to the new one.

If so, how should she proceed?

Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue
