    Can not print in colour windows 10 to HP4658Printer

    Hi Ronalene.

    I dont Know if I could access the preferences before as it was never an issue - It always printed colour. I can confirm that I have tried printing Word and Excel docs with colour fonts without success, They only print in Black/grey . I can also confirm that
    I can print in color on the printer from my Iphone.

    If you have no other suggestions I will try HP.

    Would you be in a position to team view into my PC if this would help

    colour change

    Using my laptop and left it for a bit, when returned the home screen has changed colour, very bland grey, white and peoples hair is yellow. No warm colours they disappeared. Any suggestion as to get my normal colours back
