  1. Changing System Date/Time without Windows login on Windows 10 Enterprise

    Hi

I have an issue of not able to login to Windows 10 Enterprise(with Bitlocker enabled) because the current system date / time is not current. It is dated to year 2040. Because the system is not of current date/time, there is no way for me to authenticate to login to Windows to change the system date and time.

I have tried to chang the date from BIOS, however it is noticed that after changing it from BIOS, it jumps back to year 2040 when it goes to Windows login screen.

Have changed the CMOS battery as well, but the date is still unable to save to current date/time.

Is there any way to change the system date/time via any of these method?
    - Windows Registry
    - Using bootable CD to go to command prompt and re-enable Local Administrator account to allow login to command prompt to change using command "Date" and "Time"
    - Or any other method?

    Anyone faced such similiar problem?

    :)

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
