Windows 10: Changing the UI buttons

I'd like to modify the default buttons windows 10 places on title bars.

I want to change this

I don't need to have a transparent glossy title bar, I don't need rounded corners. I don't want a windows 7 start menu.

All I want are those buttons. Is that too much to ask? Microsoft being who they are, probably yes.


Customization is the worst idea ever, and people that don't like minimalism are not real.

unable to change the language of UI

To assist you better I would like to know, what was the base language for your previous Operating system?



I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Remove the Existing language.

• 
  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on the Option adjacent to the
  Existing language.
  
• 
  Click on remove under input method.
  

Step 2: Add English Language.

• 
  Press Windows + X on your keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control panel.
  
• 
  Select language.
  
• 
  Click on Add language.
  
• 
  Add the English language from the given list.

My Start Button is present, but has changed color.
