    [Character Map] Add Keystroke Combinations For Unassigned Symbols


    Hi all,

    So basically i'm at a loss here.

    There's a couple of symbols i use quite frequently, but fall outside of the standard 255 alt code range.

    I've tried looking through the Character Map program, and the symbol i'm looking for doesn't have a combination.

    Specifically U+0190 otherwise known as "Latin capital Letter Open E" in the character map program.



    How do i add a keystroke combination for this specific symbol or any other?

    I'm willing to reg-edit this one, because it's driving me ABSOLUTELY INSANE that there appears to be NO PROPER KEYMAP of what code is connected to what keystroke combination above 255.

    If i'm somehow missing something, and every character IS connected to a keystroke, please tell me where i can find a map of them, because i'm going mad here.

    How to create custom keyboard layouts for Windows 10 with 3-keystrokes-combination for a character?

    I am looking for a program which will allow me to build custom keyboard layouts for Windows 10, and will allow entering a single character with 3-keystrokes-combination.

    I need to do this to create a phonetic input method for Bengali language.
    I already tried Microsoft Keyboard Layout Editor, but it only allows maximum 2-keystrokes per character.

    Any solution or suggestion will be helpful.
