Discus and support Charge on VISA card in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; On 07/11/2020 a charge occurred on our VISA card of #134 for MICROSOFT ANSWERDESK which we did not use.     Charge on VISA card


    On 07/11/2020 a charge occurred on our VISA card of #134 for MICROSOFT ANSWERDESK which we did not use.

    The VISA card # is 4388576137454511

    I called Chase Bank and they reimbursed me.

    However, the same charge with the same date showed up the next two billings.


    QUESTION: Was there a charge either for Gisela Or Donald Clemons on 07/11/2020 to this card?

    Egypt doesn't exist on the country list for adding a visa card. How can I add one ?

    I want to add a visa card in order to buy some applications, How can I add a visa card when my country "Egypt" doesn't exist in the list of countries.
