    Chess Lv.100 is not a Microsoft product. Go to the app's page in the store and use the contact information there to get help from the developer.

    I'm trying to install "Chess Lv 100" for about 3 weeks. I've contacted MSN Support, Google, links that MSC Support send, and noting.

    When I go to store "Downloads & updates" it shows:

    Queue (1)

    Logo The Chess Lv 100 app starting download

    It been this way for weeks. MSN Support had me run "WSRset.exe", but didn't help.

    When I try to install again, It shows:

    Try the download again

    Try the download again

    something happened on our end Close

    MSN Support wanted $99 to dial in and fix it. I'm NOT paying for them to fix their problem.

    Please .. PLEASE .. give me a solution to solve this issue.

    Windows 10 App Chess Lv.100

    I have been playing Chess Lv.100 since getting Windows 10. Now all of a sudden when I open the app the game starts to load but then the screen goes blank and the program will not load. I hate to uninstall and reinstall the app because then I will lose
    all my game statistics and I don't won't to start all over again.
