Windows 10: Child members cannot log into second pc

I have three child members in my family group and they can login to the primary family computer. However I have a second pc that I want them to be able to use with their microsoft accounts but they do not appear on the login screen.I used the help on how to add a device, I successfully went to settings-->accounts--> and added them. When I am logged in and I click start switch user I can see their accounts there but when you go to the login page only my account and the local administrator is visible. Extra note: when I manage my family account I noticed that they only have one device

fingergprint log-in for family member

Through Windows Hello, you may have your family members register different accounts with their fingerprints.

Once you are signed as the family account administrator, you may follow the steps below:

• Right-click the Start button.
• Go to Settings.
• Select Accounts.
• Choose Family & other users.
• Add people using the Your family, or Other users options. The only difference between the two is with family, you get an access to child controls, for monitoring and blocking content.

Once your child is logged into his or her own accounts, they can now set up their own
Windows Hello log-in. Refer to the steps below:

• Click Start.
• Go to Settings.
• Choose Accounts.
• Select Sign-in options.
• Select Windows Hello.
• Choose Fingerprint, then Set up.

After performing the steps, kindly share with us the result.

 

Something went wrong message when my child clicks join family link in the email.

• Is the Child account a Microsoft account?
  

The issue might be due to the age verification, hence I suggest you to verify the child’s age by logging in with child’s account on
account.microsoft.com/family and verify the age.

Created a child account but it logs off right away without logging in
