Child's Activity Report is going to a very old email I no longer have

I am using the Microsoft Family Accounts and managing two child accounts. I can see and manage their accounts from our Family page, including being able to set their screen limits, etc...

The issue though is that I have Activity Reporting turned on, but I am not receiving these reports nor am I receiving my child's request for more screen time. I did us my child's email and I can see their Activity Report is going to me and them, BUT the one for me is using an extremely old email address that I no longer have. How do I update this????

When I go into my Account and My Profile for Contact Options, I do not see this email address, and I can't log in using this email address, and I see no way to change or update where the Activity reports are being emailed.

How do I update this VERY OLD email address to my correct one???? My Microsoft Account is correct and using my correct email, but activity reports and child request are going to the old one.

    HELP.

    :)

  2. Child Activity Report

    Hello Tareq,

Let's determine the cause of the issue. To get started, I'd like to get the following information:

    • Is this your first time to encounter this issue? If so, did you make any changes to your account or to your computer prior to this?
    • Which email address did you use when you've set up the Family Safety?

To make sure, I suggest that your follow these steps and see if it helps:

    • Go to account.microsoft.com/family
and sign in with your Microsoft account.
    • Find your child's name and select Activity.
    • If Activity reporting is turned Off, use the switch to turn it
      On.

Note: If you don't want to get weekly activity reports in your email, but still want to see your child's online activity, switch Email me weekly reports from On to Off.

We're looking forward to your response.

  3. Child Activity Report

    • Consider trying to Remove the Child account on both of you and your wife's account if the child account is added just assuming it might be a bug.

after you have remove the child account. Add it again on your own outlook account and see if there are any changes.

Activity report for my children sent to old email

    Hi Nam,

The reports, notifications, and newsletters for the Microsoft accounts are normally sent to the account's alternate email address. To better assist you with your concern, please provide us the following information:

    • Have you checked if your work email address is still added to your account's security settings?
    • Is the old email address the one that you used as parent account when you created the child accounts?

In the meantime, you may follow the suggested solutions on this link to
fix family activity reporting in Windows 10
