  1. Child's Microsoft Family Account Not Updating

I used to be able to update my child's account remotely, via my laptop or phone, but now that doesn't work anymore. I can see the changes on the family page, but the device doesn't sync properly. I can give access to the device and additional time directly on the machine, but none of the other controls work on the device (block/give access to websites, etc). I have restricted age content, but that seems to be ignored too. The email requests for website access were getting through, and I would accept, but it still didn't make a difference on the device. I have spent HOURS (like 6-7) with technical support doing remote controls, getting disconnected, calling back, re-explaining, put on hold so they can catch up, more remote-controls and disconnects, to no avail. Do I just remove my child and add him again?

    :)
