Windows 10: Chinese Keyboard suddenly doesn't work anymore

I use a Chinese keyboard daily and suddenly it stopped working yesterday. I followed so many instructions to repair this problem which include the:- Disable Microsoft IME which appears in Task Manager and causes high CPU- Touch keyboard in services set to manual it was disabled beforeAfter doing those things above, I still can see the language bar but I cannot choose the Chinese keyboard anymore. It is there but when I click it nothing changes, it is still English, and I cannot type Chinese as before. Please help I'm so desperate T_T

keyboard doesn' t working, it doesn't popup on my nokia lumia 735 after I took windows 10, 10586 version. Please, help!!!

 

Scanner doesn´t work anymore after last Windows 10 update

As many people on the internet already are discussing, their scanner doesn´t work anymore after the last Windows update. But there seem to be no solution.

My Scanner starts making noises, as usual, and then i get error messages: "Communication with the scanner is not possible"

Is there a workaround for that?

Re-install the TWAIN drivers? (They are not included in Windows.)

You might get a better answer if you gave the make and model of the scanner.
