Windows 10: Chinese Simplified Input Method Qwerty based

Hello, when someone add Mandarin Chinese Simplified input method it has a qwerty layout which is used to type in chinese.You still write the letters of alphabet, but after press space bar it turns to Chinese symbols.For example if you wanna say Hello, must write "nihao" press space bar and it turns into this hello.Though, Microsoft does not allow a Dvorak user have Dvorak layout to write words in mandarin.As a brazillian user we have our own Dvorak called BRNativo very rare and I have learned this layout for years.I would like to use this layout on mandarin.Someone suggested me this:

Chinese input method

It was requested in 2011. Simply put, there is a variety of methods to write Chinese. The 3 most common ones are Traditional, Simplified and Pinyin. Then, you have different ways to input these 3 forms which translate in different keyboards. You can handwrite,
use a radical based keyboard, or a bopomofo or as changjie input. One of the most common ways is pinyin for both simplified and traditional Chinese. Pinyin alllows you to use a qwerty keyboard to type the Romanized form of a Chinese character displaying the
character. It exists for both simplified and traditional Chinese. It is standard in all major devices and OS. This was requested by a variety of users in all the proper places since 2011 and Microsoft never implemented it. How can you let users buy so expensive
devices without then allowing them to type in their own languages is beyond me.

Traditional pinyin input is now available on Windows Phone 10.

I tested this on the Lumia 950 running Windows Phone 10, and the Simplified Chinese QWERTY keyboard now has options for Simplified or Traditional character sets. Choosing the latter will let you use pinyin with Traditional Chinese characters.

Thanks Zack. I've installed both simplified and traditional Chinese packages as per your suggestion. Unfortunately nothing changed. Every time when I chose Simplified Chinese input method, I got nothing but traditional Chinese, as I experienced earlier.

FYI, this wasn't the case when I first had this computer shipped with Windows 10. I was able to choose Simplified Chinese and got Simplified Chinese as expected. The issue started about half a year ago. Nothing happened b/w then and now, except for maybe
a few Windows auto upgrades. I started to think this might be a bug that needs to be addressed.
