    Chromium based browsers causing DPC Watchdog Violation BSOD


    Short story long, every chromium based browser is causing BSOD either when starting or after a while of running, i'm not sure if that's connected but I also can't install the KB4494441 update which results in an 0x800f0982 error, event log doesn't really spit out any errors prior to BSOD and I made sure all the drivers are up to date. Every other network activity seems to work just fine, I honestly don't know what else I could do other than a clean install and a bios update perhaps?

    BSOD DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION

    According to what I found from your minidump file, ndis.sys is caused this
    DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION BSOD error on your Windows computer.It's a
    NDIS 6.20 Wrapper Driver and installed onto your computer through Windows Update. As far as I know, you have installed new Windows updates lately.

    You can uninstall those updates out of your computer, restart your PC and check again the result. Remember to do these steps in Safe Mode.
