Windows 10: Chromium broke my windows 10

So I was using the new edge chromium browser on my laptop and the laptop died while using it. Plugged back in the next day and tried to use the browser realized no webpages would load. I also realize I was unable to delete the cache and browser history. I then decided I would uninstall but I was unable to uninstall the browser it said it would uninstall but nothing happened the app was still there. After closing the app I also notice that my start menu would no longer function as tho it was tied into everything as well as my windows settings options would freeze and become unusable. Has anyone else had this issue with the new chromium browser

Cannot uninstall Chromium browser at all on Windows 10.

followed the steps you have posted here and was doin' great until the very last step. opened my C: drive but no Chromium folder listed. any other suggestions? really want Chromium off my system as it's a pain in the butt!!!!
