Windows 10: Circle shape turn into square or something

So i have issue to my laptop Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 15ARH05, Windows 10, some of circle icon transform into square or some abstract shape, anyone have a solution for this? I already update my driver to last version, Thanks Before

How to remove square shape on screen -- very annoying

 

Account image shape. A round (circle) shape image? Who came up with this?

Why would the limitation on the shape of the account image arbitrarily be set to a round shape? I'm sure that some people out there take round photo-shots, however I don't know a single one of them. All of my image files present in a square or rectangular
shape. I like square shapes. Is there something illicitly wrong with my desire to set an image in the shape or profile that I may want to choose. I don't like the points of my Batman helmet cut off, or the points of my Mr. Spock ears bent down to fit in the
round profile I have been forced into. True, as with all Windows and Microsoft products, there are more important things to be concerned about. In the spirit of the anarchy that has always been the two I still want the option and the personal control to express
myself as a square (or star, parallelogram, or whatever geometric shape I fancy) and not to be forced into a single stamped persona that some brilliant mathematician with no artistic soul has selected as the perfect shape.

I am considering the return to XP or Vista... Kidding, but still, Whats up with this?

When I have opened a program like Edge on my Windows 10 PC, the cursor changes form from an arrow to a circle with an up arrow and an arrow down.
This new symbol can not activate anything by moving it around with the mouse.
To close the open program, press Ctrl + Alt + Del to get to the job list.
At the same time, the circle symbol turns into the well-known arrow, and I can continue the work normally.

How do I avoid the annoying circle icon?
