Windows 10: Cisco EAP-FAST Module

What is Cisco EAP-FAST Module? I got an error message 0x800707780 -Are they related?

I just did factory reset on Windows 10 and it removed all the Cisco Modules (Cisco EAP-FAST Module, Cisco PEAP Module and Cisco LEAP Module) I've heard they are important so how do i get them back?

Cisco EAP-FAST Module is an Authentication via Secure Tunneling (EAP-FAST), an EAP type from Cisco Systems. Extensible Authentication Protocol-Flexible Authentication via Secure Tunneling (EAP-FAST) is a publicly accessible
IEEE 802.1X EAP type developed by Cisco Systems. EAP-FAST provides protection from a variety of network attacks.

Reset will do the following changes.

Reinstalls Windows 10 and removes all your personal files.

Removes apps and drivers you installed.

Removes changes you made to settings.

Removes any apps your PC manufacturer installed. (If your PC came with Windows 10, apps from your PC manufacturer will be reinstalled.)

You can download and install the modules from the manufacturer’s website and check if the issue is resolved on the computer.
