Windows 10: Citizens Pay Error Message

Citizens Pay Error Message says: Try that again. Something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help. PI-BadRequestSun, 02 Apr 2023 00:17:59 GMTHave waited a bit and re-tried repeatedly. Microsoft is going to lose a sale over this.

I’m getting this error whenever I try to use Citizen Pay. Anybody know what this is?

Error Using Citizen Pay at Microsoft Store

I am having the same issue as well. I tried on both my computer and phone but same error. Spent about 3 hours on the phone with Microsoft and Citizens Pay. I tried different browsers on each device, deleted history, cookies, etc. Citizens Pay that account was approved and everything appears good on their end. With Microsoft I was bounced between 4 different departments trying to resolve the problem. They were not able to resolve. Very frustrating.

From the error message, "PUR-EditableOrderWithSameFriendlyName,' it is most likely a coding issue on Microsoft's end. It would be great to be able to talk with a developer on this issue. While quite friendly, tier 1 support cannot troubleshoot this problem.

I will try in the next few days...

Under FAQ... Who do I contact with additional questions... says to call Citizens pay at an 877 number.
