Windows 10: CL.dll is gone

I have an app I got on my pc windows 10 I downloaded from the internet no viruses so far so good I had finished downloading it and then it said:


The code execution cannot proceed because OpenCL.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem


so I did reinstall the app of the internet I tried to open the app again it didn't work so I decided to get help do you know why?

DLL Missing

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

DLL Missing

I actually posted the link for the "list of troubleshooting steps to resolve your boost_threads.dll problems" which is located half way down the page. I did not mean to promote any downloads.

Why don't I just go back and indicate that on my original post? That way there's access to the 'step-by-step' instructions, which are accessed via those green 'plus' signs next to the topics.

If the link still needs to be removed, then let me know
