Clarification on keeping my old files while installing Windows

    Hi there,

I have been facing issues with my Windows 10 Pro and the OS has now crashed. I have exhausted all my options in Windows RE and i am now left with installing windows via a pendrive. When i am installing, i am being asked the partition where the system needs to install windows. I am able to see my old partitions with the respective amount of GB being held for the data that i have. My question is, if i select C as the partition to install windows on, will my files from other drives be unaffected? I have files dating back to 2008 and I do not intend to loose out on them. Please help. Thanks in advance. :

    Regards,

Just for the record, I only suggested the clarification because suggesting everyone has a basic grasp of english simply is not true.

    Windows 7 wont install drivers

i dont think anyone here understands what your asking either when its nearly a 90% english dominated Tech forum.
    Step 1
    reinstall windows from scratch
    Step 2
install all drivers from the cd that came with the god damn motherboard *common sense*
    Step 3
    update windows
    Step 4
install misc etc crap like flash java etc etc
    Step 5
    Install GPU drivers
    Step 6
go back to using your pc without issue.
