Windows 10: Clash of tablet driver and OS update causes uncontrollable scrolling

I have a Huion Kamvas 221 and starting on Wednesday November 28th last week, a windows update clashed with my tablet driver causing uncontrollable scrolling and strange keyboard interactions (random keystrokes/different functions than what the keys should do).


At first I had no idea what was causing the issue, so I did a hard reset on my computer and wiped everything. the issue started occurring again when I reinstalled my tablet drivers. After some research I tried rolling back the windows update, and that solved the issue for about an hour, then the random scrolling and keyboard issues started occurring again.


I have tried the newest tablet drivers, and I have tried going back to old tablet drivers, but everything seems to end the same way, with the random scrolling and keyboard issues. I even tried different cables, and installing on a new computer but the same issues keep happening. I have sent an email to Huion customer service and I'm waiting to hear back from them as well.


The scrolling and keyboard issues stop when I unplug the USB that connects the tablet to the computer, and starts right back up when plugged in. I dont know if anyone can be any help on this issue, but I use my tablet every day and would love to be able to use it again. Thank you.

Can't unistall the Windows Driver Package - Graphics Tablet

Hi

I am attempting to unistall the windows tablet driver as it is clashing with my Huion graphics tablet driver and causing it to crash a lot or become inoperable. I followed the clean boot steps as instructed in an article I found here on the support site
but unfortunately it didn't work.

I keep getting an error message saying the driver isn't found, but it clearly shows up in the control panel - install/uninstall programs list.

I have attached the error message I keep receiving. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
