Windows 10: Class not registered error

Discus and support Class not registered error in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; I am facing an issue of class not registered...whenever i try to open my start menu it doesn't...i tried to open my settings app..it says explorer.exe...     Class not registered error


    I am facing an issue of class not registered...whenever i try to open my start menu it doesn't...i tried to open my settings app..it says explorer.exe class not registered....same goes when i open edge and any photo....i tried many solutions..restarting explorer...setting default apps....cmd sfc scan....please help me...

    I ran the scan as suggested. No errors were found. I continue to receive the "class not registered" error when I try to open a JPEG file.
