    Clean boot fail


    I did a clean boot and now when i try to sign in with my pin it says” something happened and your PIN isnt avalible. Click to set up your pin again and i do and it doesnt do anything until the second time then it says go to the store and try making a new password and then it still doesnt do anything

    Clean boot leads runtime error

    I tried to use clean boot because I faced the configuration system failed to initiate. However, after I disable all startup and click restart, I cannot logon my window 10. It said I has a runtime error on visual c++. I cannot go to safe mode by press F8
    +restart. How should I do to logon or go to safe mode to restore the setting? At least before clean boot. The clean boot step is suggested by logitech page.

    The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

    Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
