    No worries. It's perfectly safe to delete this key since it's only for the Store cache for your account.

    It will automatically get recreated for the now reset Store cache.

  7. After setting a restore point and exporting that registry entry, I deleted it and restarted the computer, noting worked, some software needed reinstallation and a variety of other issues. I reinstalled the exported registry entries and everything ran as before. So I still have the original issue. I appreciate all the help you provided even if it didn't solve the problem.
