Windows 10: Clear My D Drive

I booted another operating system on my D Drive but now I want to boot a different one to it. So how would I clear the D Drive and make it ready for me to boot a different operating system to it? My D Drive is a hard disk of 1 terabyte and is a totally different disk space than my C Drive. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Clearing space on D Drive

Can anybody let me know how I clear my D Drive? I have low space and this is where my backup is stored.
