Windows 10: Clipboard History Displays Only "Default"

I have Windows 11, latest updates. I have clipboard history enabled. But when I press Win-V all I get is the huge word "Default" with a square box after it. I've searched the web, but all I get is how to enable clipboard history, which I have already done. I've also restarted Windows Explorer, and rebooted. Help!

How to increase Windows 10 clipboard history?

Windows 10 has this new feature that can be enable and then save last "copy".
After, when clicking on ⊞ Win+V, I can view the history of my last copies.

Is there a way to increase this copy history list?
Default list shows only the last 20 copies.

Where is "Clipboard Viewer"?

Windows 10 has a built in Clipboard History that may meet your requirements.

Clipboard History will allow you to save multiple Items and select from the list to paste.

settings -> system -> clipboard

turn on clipboard history

Save items to the clipboard in the normal way (e.g. Ctrl+C) then when you come to paste, use Winkey+V to select the item from the list.
