Windows 10: Clipboard history doesn't work?

When I hit windows key + v, I can't get clipboard history working. At most it brings up blank gray screen.

I've checked settings, disabled/enabled it. Checked GPO, checked registry, ran sfc /scannow. Nothing has worked... Any suggestions?

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Clipboard History still will not work

I know some other users have had this problem but nothing I have read has cured it for me yet, including the reg edit suggested on this site --- have activated (ie. merged) this correctly. If my memory is correct I could not get the History before the May / July update so that is not the culprit. When I click Win+V all I get is the empty Clipboard History window. And by 'history' I mean the most recent Clips as well as earlier ones. Current clips are saved buy two third party apps, fortunately, so the Copy function does actually work, it is specifically Windows Clipboard History with the most recent addition to the Board which is kaput.

I found the History useful and am at a loss to know what to do to get it back.
