Windows 10: clipboard not working how do I fix this?

Hi, so I've been using my new laptop with the OS of Windows 11 Home, and I have to use this laptop for studying and I have signed in with my university account on my laptop to use certain features or just access certain programs files.But this came with a problem which is that from the point of I signed into my university Microsoft account, I got new organization protocols changed for security reasons, clipboard being included.I've went to settings>accounts>access work or school and disconnected my university account.But randomly or for some reason I still get this text at the clipboard

Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

 

Pasting from clipboard

Thank you, The first suggestion worked. The second did also provided I did not click in the Paint window first.

I'd spent some time trying to work it out for myself but was fooled by the clipboard window always closing prematurely. So thanks again.

How to fix the built-in windows 10 clipboard?

I uninstall something in my windows 10, and then the built-in clipboard does not work properly, it takes too long to show up and it does not show the pinned items or anything else, but the copy-paste process is working fine. Please do you know which program I should restore in order to fix my built-in clipboard? Any suggestion is appreciated, thank you.
