    How to dismiss this extremly annoying popup message at log in forever?

    Obviously you don't know what the .Net framework is for !! One or more of the programs on your computer needs the .Net framework to work !!! Just INSTALL it and then you won 't be "annoyed" by this popup !!!!

    If you try to load a program and it doesn't work, have a guess what the problem is!?? It's because you haven't got that version of the .NET framework installed !!
