Windows 10: Clipboard problem since 1903 Update

Hi - Since updating to W10 1903 I have been experiencing a problem with clipboard.

Lets say I have say two pieces of text saved on my clipboard, I go to an email and use Win-V to paste the first into the subject line, that always works fine.

Sometimes the cursor then becomes stuck, stops flashing.

It starts again only when I press win-v for a second time.

I can then move to the body of the email and try to past in the second piece of text.

Again sometimes nothing appears, I press win-v again and the text appears.


Its most odd and annoying, any ideas?

windows clipboard not working after windows version 1903

after installing windows insider version 1903, windows clipboard was never working anymore. hangs when I press wind key+v and then turns transparent(freezes). I sent feedback on the feedback app hoping it'd be fixed by the time the final version of windows
will be out but after upgrading to the final version of windows(1903), it's still not fixed. anyone know a workaround fixing this problem?

As far as Wifi any chance it is Qualcom inside USB adapter, if Qualcom then yes known issue.


I might create another user (Local) and when if try again see if this issue occurs on both users.

Would also suggest you run the first 5 steps in this tutorial to see if you have any corruption with current build.

clipboard history

Hi Nabin,

clipboard history is a feature added with the 1903 feature update.

if you wish to manually upgrade to 1903 you can.

make sure you have a backup first.

then go to
https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-downlo...

and click the update now button
