    Yes, Use the Windows installation disk to manually create a new BCD as follows:
    Boot up with Windows Installation USB. On the first screen, press SHIFT+F10 to display the Command Prompt then type:
    • echo list disk | diskpart ===> You will get a list of volume, look for the drive letter of the partition size 185GB, take a note
    • mountvol U: /s
    • bcdboot DriveLetter:\Windows /s U: /f UEFI ====> Replace the DriveLetter: with the drive letter in step 1.
    • Reboot the PC

    Why not try MiniTool partition wizard, If you want to move the OS to SSD, the disk space of SSD can't be smaller than the used disk space of the source disk. when you using the MiniTool partition wizard and select "Migrate OS to SSD/HD", there is two migration modes, migrate the system disk with SSD and copy the system required partitions with SSD, this is according to your need. you can refer to here: https://www.minitool.com/help-pw/migrate-os-to-ssd-hd.html.
