Windows 10: cloud scanning sample taken-windows security

Good morningA day ago my laptop was being scanned via windows security and it stated that a sample was uploaded to the cloud to check if it is malicious however i didn't understand why that occurred due to me not downloading anything from the web and the last couple of scans not doing the same thing so i just don't understand why that would occur as the things i do have downloaded are reputable and were from the official website, they are signed and nothing is detected on virus total so im confused to why that occured . Adding to that when an offline scan is being performed the bitlocker key i

If not, suggests deeper problems. To which uninstall option are you referring? (A picture is worth...)

 

"Cloud-delivered protection" and "Automatic sample submission" are turning on, but there are Warning.

When I go to "Protection options",

the "Cloud-delivered protection" and "Automatic sample submission" are turning on, but there are Yellow Triangle Warning on "cloud-delivered protection" and "Automatic sample submission."

Windows Security says that "Cloud-delivered protection is off. Your device may be vulnerable," and that "Automatical sample submission is off. Your device may be vulnerable."

I am using Windows 11 on S mode.

how do I fix?

Yes that's exactly what I have. If you notice there is an uninstall option next to organize if you scroll to other updates ie. office, but it will disappear once you scroll to the latest updates.
