Discus and support cmd in windows 10 make someproblem in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; When I want to touch C, I get the following message: 'C:\' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file....     When I want to touch C, I get the following message:


    'C:\' is not recognized as an internal or external command,


    operable program or batch file.


    If I print "path" in cmd I get this:


    PATH=C:\Windows\system32;C:\Windows;C:\Windows\System32\Wbem;C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\;C:\Windows\System32\OpenSSH\;C:\Windows\System32;


    Why can not I enter C?
